Homeland Security Information Network: What Is It? The Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) is an official mechanism of trustworthy sharing. This is between federally, state, geographically, territorially, tribally, globally. As well as the private sector collaborators of the Homeland Security Network (HSIN).
